Step 1: Power Wash

​We power wash and prep the roof. All metal roofs need to be washed with a 3500 PSI power washer to clear off any debris and dirt.  After the metal roof is cleaned and dry, we perform a detailed inspection to see what repairs may need to be made, including flashing.

Step 2: EverPrime

If there's any rust on the commercial metal roofing system, we roll or spray EverPrime where needed. EverPrime is a primer formulated with self-cross-linking technology that provides low VOC levels with greater corrosion-resistance and adhesion properties. It dries quickly and resists heat, cold, moisture, and weathering.

Step 3: EverSeal

We add EverSeal - a thick mastic sealant - on all seams, fasteners, and penetrations, including all seams where the metal overlaps horizontally and vertically. EverSeal sticks to almost every surface. It dries fast and even adheres underwater.

Step 4: Base Coat

After the EverSeal is set up and dried, a base coat is applied to the entire roof - sprayed or rolled - at an application rate of one and a quarter to one and a half gallons per 100 square feet.

Step 5: Top Coat

The final top coat extends the durability and life of the repaired commercial metal roof. As with the base coat, this final coat is either sprayed or rolled at an application rate of one and a quarter to one and a half gallons per 100 square feet. 

​For this top coat, we use EverCoat, a unique acrylic coating with an exceptional resistance to weathering to provide maximum UV resistance and resistance to discoloration from dirt accumulation. EverCoat also has a unique ability to "breath," meaning it creates a completely watertight membrane while still allowing the trapped moisture to escape.
